You reached out to us via WhatsApp the day before your tour on May 27th, and despite the last-minute request, our team worked quickly to secure availability, coordinate your booking, confirm your pickup location in Puerto Aventuras, and have your driver at Condo Laguna by 7:50 AM the following morning — with roundtrip transportation included. Regarding price comparisons — what you'll find on third-party platforms like TripAdvisor does not include the personalized coordination, roundtrip private transportation from your accommodation, or the direct support of a dedicated concierge managing your reservation from start to finish. That level of service has real value. As for the payment concern, we communicated via WhatsApp on 5/27 that the deposit was to be paid via the link we sent, and that the balance was to be paid upon arrival at the location. We acknowledge that we should have been more explicit that the on-site balance is collected in cash, as card processing is not available at the vendor's jungle location. That is a fair point of feedback and something we are working to communicate more clearly going forward. We genuinely hope your family enjoyed the experience itself.
